Stuff I read this week

So I finally had some time to read this week and I picked three short pieces that I thought you’d all enjoy. You’ve probably seen these by now, but review is never a bad thing.

Always evolve,

Mike

Little snippet by Eric Robertson on the possibility that “power postures” MAY help patients get though their treatments with less pain. I’d Ben suggest using them as active rest.

Dan John does it again. The simple approaches recommended for working out and eating well are just that, simple. No periodization or fat loss recommendations, just simplification.

Nicole Crawford put together a great piece on primal movements and developmental movements.

  1. Apologies if this has already been asked/answered but twitter name @mscottdpt seems to be down? Is this temporary or is there a new name as I would like to follow your feed Mike.
